The next class is tomorrow November 22, and Christine will be teaching us how to make flowers from old books and newsprint (a beautiful, creative way to adorn your Christmas packages!).  We still have  a couple of spots left.  The cost is $15.  Time 6:00 PM.  Call 574-215-7812 for a reservation.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

 We celebrated Wednesday evening with the other shops in the neighborhood and Linda decked the halls with Christmas!   Hiromi joined us and gave some great alternative gift wrapping demo's using Furoshiki cloths, and our faithful customers came in for some shopping in an unhurried atmosphere.

Oh Christmas Tree, oh Christmas tree....

We were invited to decorate a tree for the Center for History again this year.  We used the paper flowers that Christine will be teaching the class for next Tuesday at 6:00, and some other recycled items of course!   The museum is a great cold day get away for a fun family activity.  

And speaking of Christmas, tonight is our blocks Christmas Open House from 4:30-8:00.
