Thank you

Mere words cannot express our gratitude.  Many thanks to the people who came back (time and time again), and to those who traveled many miles to come, and all the first timers.  We are so blessed to have made your acquaintance!

Fewer and fewer Americans possess objects that have a patina, old furniture, grandparents' pots and pans-the used things, warm with generations of human touch...essential to a human landscape.             –Susan Sontag

We found some of these people!  People who love the history and quality, and patina and rust, they are truly the best kind of people.

  1. Lovely shop!! It was great to meet you:)

  2. Your shop looks unbelieveable! Congrads!
    Love your blog,

  3. Found your site through Tracy Porter's blog. Oh, if only I lived close, I would definitely be frequenting your shop. -- It's gorgeous! I really love the weathered/lived in stuff. I like history and to think about the people who have used the stuff before and what their life was like. :)

  4. Wanted to let you know that in addition to vintage frames....I am also looking for a vintage dress form. If one ever happens to come your way...let me know:)

  5. Oh, it looks so beautiful! I can't wait to get up there! I really love that quote--and this music! I might have to bid against simpledaisy on that dress form if you get one. I'd love to have one for my booth. Still lookin' for another black chair to match (well, not MATCH) my pair. Talk to ya soon!
