Armed and ready to rumble!
On Friday, Linda and I headed North to Sturgis, MI to check out a great shop called "So Vintage". Along the way we hit some garage sales and thrift shops. Below is a few of our favorite finds, including these great splunking hats, now we can go DUMPSTER DIVING!!!
Today we did the Michiana Master Gardeners Walk in Middlebury, IN and toured some beautiful gardens. We saw some pretty classy junk incorporated into some of the gardens. My head is overflowing with idea's. Time to get busy

ONE, TWO LETS GO RETRO
July is here and and our booth is now in a new mood- a blast from the past! Here are a few peeks at the new merchandise... Bernie's Retro bar, complete with a turntable server. Wine cork board and a beautiful lamp made from repourposed books etc
If you are in to the more streamline deco, then you've got to check us out at the Old Creamery in Middlebury, IN.
This little end table/night stand sold about 5 minutes after it arrived, but I had to share it with you.

Cleaning Greenly
Going green is so much more than buying used furniture and recycling. I try to do as much as possible and continue to learn about new ways to help Mother Earth. These are my new fav's for cleaning the bathroom. Vinegar and baking soda. Plain and simple and they work wonders. Just pour a cup of vinegar in the toilet and add a tablespoon or so of baking soda. It starts bubbling. Just let it sit and do it's work.
I pretty much use the same thing for the sinks, and just vinegar for the mirrors. It's easy and very cost effective!
