Marching Toward Spring
Its a slow and steady march but we will get there... Have Faith my friends! In the meantime our shop will be celebrating First Friday and our 4 Year Anniversary with our French/Asian Fusion Style (which is very Spring Like!) Stop in Friday from 5-9 to check it out and have some appetizers on us Make sure you check out our Special Events and Themes tab on the Blog for all the Classes and happenings at the shop. The classes have been filling up very quickly so we ask that you come into the shop to pre-pay and register.
Hiromi Widerquist is working on lots of new items for this month as our Special Guest. Her items are one of a kind such a high quality. They make wonderful gifts (even if its to yourself!).
We've gotten so many positive remarks for our new store remodel, from both CircaArts customers and ours. Thanks for keeping junk E alive! If you haven't made it in yet Friday is suppose to be a warm 38 degrees!
Hope to see you all then.

Fire Works!
DTSB is putting on a firework display at 9 PM on First Friday! I know it's not for us but what a perfect thing to go along with our French Circus theme. My heart is already about to burst with excitement for our reopening!
Also in keeping with the Circus fun Kim Cole will be back to read palms! Charles Florence from Indiana Whiskey is mixing up our punch for the night and will be there to talk to about his new company. Slowly but surely our store is getting there. We were closed this month not for a vacation but to work extra hard at making this the best, and biggest celebration thus far!
Check out DTSB's website for all the happenings in The Bend on First Friday.

Katy Perry say's it best in this song (with one small change)
Baby, you're a firework
Come on, let your colours burst
Make 'em go, "Aah, aah, aah"
You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe
You don't have to feel like a wasted space
You're original, cannot be replaced
If you only knew what the future holds
After a snowstorm comes a rainbow!

You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe

If you only knew what the future holds

What's New?
New DAYS/HOURS
I think most of you have already heard about our new 3 day weeks. Thursday, Friday 10-6:00 and Saturday 10-4. First Fridays until 9pm.
The other exciting news is we're going to have a warehouse sale next month for those of you that like to DIY! Sign up for our newsletter to get the scoop. More information coming soon.
Now as far as furniture goes...
Every week it's a new story! This week we added some RED for Valentines Day. A dull room can come alive just by adding a pop of color. We love buffets because of there many uses (not to mention all the storage!) Think outside of the box for great items like this one...how about using it for your flat screen tv, or as a dresser in your bedroom?| A great small storage box for all those valentine love letters! |
This end table could double as a pet bed by making a round cushion for the inside.
Add a sink to this beauty for a one of a kind bathroom vanity. The mirror below would be a perfect mate!
Vintage medicine cabinet with attached light fixtures.
Pax is making new friends :)
A perfect place for your feet at the end of a long day.

French Style
Bernie and Linda did this beautiful mix of a high end french table in white, with some green chinoiserie chairs upholstered in some modern velvet fabric. The table scape is a mix of vintage china and crystal, with a rust wool throw as a table cloth. Even if the food is bad you get a feast for the eyes!
